MindBot ML Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Deep Learning Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a Deep Learning Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research and developing state-of-the-art deep learning models to solve complex problems in various domains. You will work closely with a team of talented researchers and engineers to develop and implement advanced deep learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research in deep learning and develop novel algorithms and models to solve complex problems in various domains.
• Design, develop, and implement deep learning models and architectures using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can inform model development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in deep learning and related fields and apply that knowledge to improve existing models and develop new ones.
• Publish research papers in top conferences and journals to showcase the company's expertise and contribute to the advancement of the field.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers and provide technical leadership in deep learning projects.
• Communicate research findings and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting research in deep learning.
• Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and techniques, such as convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and generative adversarial networks.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
• Experience with big data tools and platforms such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong publication record in top conferences and journals in the field of deep learning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
