Position: Process Integration Engineer

Location: Cartago, Costa Rica

Overview: ChipBiz Semiconducts is seeking a highly skilled Process Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Process Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to enhance the efficiency and productivity of our organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and process improvements.
• Utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze data and identify root causes of process issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Train and mentor team members on new processes and process changes.
• Monitor and track process performance metrics to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Proactively identify potential process risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering or a related role.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficient in statistical analysis tools, such as Minitab.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
