Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that production targets are met within the specified timelines and quality standards.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that all resources are utilized efficiently.
Monitor and assess production performance, identifying any areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Train, mentor and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control and Maintenance, to address any issues and improve overall production processes.
Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for procurement of raw materials to meet production demands.
Prepare and maintain production reports, providing regular updates to management.
Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to incorporate into production processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a building materials production facility.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Proven track record of meeting production targets and improving processes.
Familiarity with ERP and production management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
