Job Description: GlamourGlow Beauty is seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team of professionals. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients, while also promoting and selling our beauty products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their beauty needs and concerns
• Recommend and demonstrate beauty products and services to meet the individual needs of each client
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products and services
• Stay updated on industry trends and new beauty products to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products and services
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
• Assist with merchandising and restocking of products to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety standards
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the beauty industry or sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proven sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
