Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing materials to product delivery. You will work closely with various departments, including purchasing, logistics, and operations, to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand forecasts and production plans, and monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Oversee logistics and distribution operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Implement and maintain supply chain systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), to track inventory levels, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency within the supply chain.
• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure department goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience with supply chain systems, such as ERP and WMS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
