Job Description: As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging and effective online learning experiences for our clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members to design and develop learning programs that meet the needs of our clients. You will be involved in all stages of the instructional design process, from needs analysis to evaluation, ensuring that our learning solutions are of the highest quality and meet the desired learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis and work with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, target audience, and content requirements
• Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions that incorporate a variety of instructional methods and technologies
• Collaborate with project managers, graphic designers, and multimedia developers to create visually appealing and interactive learning experiences
• Write instructional materials, including scripts, storyboards, and assessments, that are clear, concise, and aligned with learning objectives
• Conduct quality assurance and review of learning materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project milestones
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in an e-learning environment
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning theories
• Experience with rapid e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Proficient in using multimedia authoring tools, graphic design software, and video editing software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging instructional content
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing your instructional design work is highly desirable
