Job Title: Program Development Manager

Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing programs, as well as excellent project management skills. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure their success and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives in line with the organization's mission and vision
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential program opportunities and partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch new programs, initiatives, and projects
• Develop program budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion
• Oversee program evaluation and data collection to measure impact and effectiveness
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to program success
• Build and maintain relationships with program stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and participants
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote programs and increase participation
• Provide regular updates and reports on program progress and impact to senior management and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program development and management
• Mentor and support program staff, providing guidance and direction as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing programs, with measurable impact
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with program evaluation and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
