Position: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes are running smoothly and efficiently to meet our production goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process and ensure that all production targets are met
• Monitor and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demands
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies needed for production
• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff
• Implement and maintain production standards and procedures to ensure quality control

Qualifications:
