About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and creative Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning materials for our employees and clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create engaging and effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design, a passion for creating impactful learning experiences, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructional videos, job aids, and other materials as needed
• Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create learning experiences that meet the needs of a diverse audience
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions
• Implement instructional strategies and interactive activities to enhance learning and retention
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning to continuously improve training programs
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trainers, subject matter experts, and project managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
• Proven experience in designing and developing training materials for a variety of delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning theories
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Lectora
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passion for creating impactful learning experiences and continuously improving training programs
