• Coordinate and manage the transportation needs of our passengers, including scheduling and booking transportation services.
• Communicate with passengers to confirm travel arrangements and provide necessary information.
• Collaborate with transportation partners to ensure timely and safe transportation for our passengers.
• Monitor transportation schedules to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Resolve any issues or concerns related to transportation services.
• Keep a record of transportation expenses and maintain accurate transportation logs.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation partners to ensure high-quality services.
• Provide support and assistance to passengers during travel, including arranging special accommodations if needed.
• Communicate any changes or disruptions to transportation services to passengers and internal teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve transportation processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with transportation partners.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends if needed.
