Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Knowledge Management Consultant to join our team. As a Knowledge Management Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients develop and implement knowledge management strategies and solutions to enhance their business operations.In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their knowledge management needs and goals. You will conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions that align with their business objectives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these solutions and ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to understand client's knowledge management needs and challenges
• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and solutions that align with client's business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement knowledge management processes and systems
• Ensure successful adoption of knowledge management solutions through training and change management activities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management to continuously enhance our services and offerings
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to clients on knowledge management-related issues
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management on knowledge management strategies, initiatives, and outcomes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for future collaboration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably within a consulting environment
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, tools, and technologies
• Proven track record of developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and solutions that drive business value
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex information into actionable insights and recommendations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in using knowledge management software and tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
