Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with program directors to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs in line with organizational goals and objectives
Coordinate with teachers and other staff members to ensure program materials and resources are readily available and utilized effectively
Develop and maintain program schedules, timelines, and budgets
Oversee the recruitment and training of program facilitators and volunteers
Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote program participation and resource sharing
Monitor program attendance and student progress, and provide appropriate support and interventions as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
Prepare and submit reports on program activities, outcomes, and budget expenditures to program directors and other stakeholders
Participate in meetings, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and industry trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an educational setting
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of educational theories, principles, and practices
Familiarity with program evaluation and data analysis methods
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
