Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Venture Capital Partner to join our dynamic team. As a Venture Capital Partner, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in early-stage companies with high growth potential. You will work closely with the investment team to guide portfolio companies towards success and contribute to the overall growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in early-stage companies with high growth potential.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive landscape assessment.
• Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other venture capital firms to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Serve as a board member or advisor to portfolio companies and provide strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their growth objectives.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and actively manage and mitigate any risks.
• Participate in fundraising efforts and represent the firm at industry events to promote our brand and attract potential investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, evaluating, and executing early-stage investments.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to conduct thorough due diligence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies.
• In-depth knowledge of the venture capital industry, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes when necessary.
