Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives
Forecast and plan production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products
Oversee the production process, ensuring quality standards and efficiency targets are met
Manage a team of production supervisors and employees, providing training and guidance as needed
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Maintain and control production budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure seamless production processes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Identify and implement new technologies and processes to optimize production efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the transportation equipment industry
Proven experience in implementing process improvements and increasing production efficiency
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
