Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop course content that meets these objectives.
• Design and develop curriculum materials such as lesson plans, handouts, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Ensure all curriculum materials are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in Education field.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Experience working with subject matter experts to develop course content.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using learning management systems and authoring tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
