Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability for the food and beverage department.
Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Oversee the ordering, receiving, and inventory of all food and beverage items, maintaining adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
Create and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure the best quality and value for our customers.
Develop and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection that meets the needs and preferences of our customers.
Monitor and analyze sales and expenses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Train and mentor staff on food and beverage service standards, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to create and execute promotions and special events to increase revenue and attract new customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvements and innovations to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and safety standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
