Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating effective and engaging learning experiences for a diverse audience. As an Instructional Designer, you will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to design and develop innovative training solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, such as e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments
• Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning best practices to create effective and engaging training solutions
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and other instructional materials to guide the development of e-learning courses
• Use authoring tools to create and publish e-learning courses, ensuring they are SCORM compliant and accessible to all learners
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, videos, and animations to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on all training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness
• Collaborate with trainers to provide support and guidance on the delivery of training programs
• Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure they meet the needs of our organization and reflect current best practices
• Stay current on instructional design and e-learning trends and technologies to continuously improve training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Proficiency with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with learning management systems is a plus
