Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment and machinery, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and production machinery.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery, and perform necessary repairs and replacements.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of our equipment and facilities.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed repairs, replacements, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, and order necessary supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Train and mentor new members of the maintenance team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school degree or certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
