About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum materials and programs to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our instructional design team to ensure that our curriculum is aligned with current educational standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum materials and programs for various educational levels and subjects
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective curriculum content
• Conduct research on current educational trends and best practices to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and effective
• Evaluate and revise existing curriculum materials to improve student learning outcomes
• Identify and address any gaps in the curriculum and make necessary adjustments
• Train and support teachers and instructors on how to effectively implement the curriculum in their classrooms
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum by evaluating student performance and collecting feedback from teachers and students
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the curriculum aligns with organizational goals and objectives
• Stay updated on changes and updates in educational standards and make necessary changes to the curriculum to ensure compliance
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in curriculum development and instructional design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational institution or training organization
• In-depth knowledge of current educational practices, theories, and standards
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using educational technology and software for curriculum development
• Experience in training and supporting teachers and instructors is an asset
