Position: Database Developer Programmer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Database Developer Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a Database Developer Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's databases. You will work closely with our software development and IT teams to ensure the efficient and effective management of our data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development and programming, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop databases for various applications and systems
• Create and maintain database structures, tables, and views
• Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data
• Optimize database performance by tuning queries and creating indexes
• Develop and maintain data integration processes to sync data between different systems
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate database functionality into applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner
• Ensure data integrity and security through the implementation of proper backup and recovery procedures
• Monitor database systems to identify and address potential issues
• Stay updated with emerging database technologies and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in database development and programming
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
• Experience with database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server
• Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
