Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner
Deliver food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation
Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
Upsell and promote daily specials and add-ons to enhance the dining experience
Monitor guests' dining experience and address any issues or concerns promptly
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning duties
Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations
Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Food safety and sanitation certification preferred
