Job Title: Language Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Language Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Language Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of all written and verbal content produced by our company. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of language proficiency, ensuring that our content is not only error-free but also culturally appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate written and verbal content in multiple languages, including but not limited to English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin
• Identify and correct any grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors in the content
• Ensure that all content adheres to the company's style guide and tone of voice
• Conduct thorough research on cultural nuances and sensitivities to ensure that content is culturally appropriate for the target audience
• Collaborate with content creators and translators to ensure consistent messaging and accuracy
• Utilize various tools and software to conduct quality checks and proofread content
• Develop and maintain a database of commonly used words and phrases to ensure consistency across all content
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the overall quality of content
• Stay updated on industry standards and trends in language usage and make recommendations for improvements as needed
• Assist with the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to share best practices and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language
• Strong knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules in multiple languages
• Familiarity with translation software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
