Hefei University is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Teaching and Learning Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative teaching and learning programs that enhance the overall educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve teaching and learning across all levels and disciplines
• Conduct research to identify best practices in teaching and learning and incorporate them into our programs
• Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver effective teaching and learning activities
• Provide professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge
• Design and deliver workshops and training sessions for students to improve their academic performance and study skills
• Analyze student data to identify areas for improvement and develop interventions to support student success
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in teaching and learning and incorporate them into our programs
• Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of teaching and learning initiatives with the overall educational goals of the institution
• Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of teaching and learning programs
• Provide support and guidance to faculty and students on the use of technology in teaching and learning
• Collaborate with other Teaching and Learning Specialists to share best practices and develop innovative ideas for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching and learning, instructional design, or curriculum development
• Proven experience in developing and delivering effective teaching and learning programs
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and best practices in teaching and learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using technology in teaching and learning
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in conducting research and utilizing data to inform decision-making
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development
