Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, partner organizations, and local businesses.
• Plan and execute community events, workshops, and educational programs to engage with the community and promote our organization's initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling content and messaging for outreach efforts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with other organizations and community groups.
• Represent our organization at community events, meetings, and conferences to promote our mission and services.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Manage and track outreach budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in community engagement to continuously improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach, event planning, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of community engagement principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and resources.
