Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with writers and producers to develop the creative vision for the film
• Conduct auditions and cast actors for roles in the film
• Work with the production team to create a detailed shooting schedule and budget
• Oversee the filming process, including directing actors, choosing camera angles, and selecting shots
• Communicate effectively with all members of the crew to ensure a smooth production process
• Make creative decisions regarding lighting, sound, and other technical elements
• Review and provide feedback on footage during the editing process
• Attend screenings and provide input during the post-production phase

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Film Director with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• In-depth knowledge of the filmmaking process, including pre-production, production, and post-production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve a common goal
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and equipment
