Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Education Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our educational programs. You will work closely with our team of educators to develop and implement curriculum, manage program logistics, and provide support to students and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the education team to develop and implement curriculum for our educational programs
• Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and events
• Manage program logistics, including booking venues, ordering supplies, and coordinating transportation
• Communicate with students, parents, and staff to provide program information and address any concerns or questions
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our educational programs
• Monitor program budgets and expenses
• Assist with hiring and training of program staff
• Conduct evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve our programs
• Stay up-to-date with educational trends and research to ensure our programs are relevant and effective

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or education
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles
• Familiarity with educational technology and software
