If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Insight Discovery Research.As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to identify key performance indicators and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track and communicate business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize data mining and statistical analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner to support business decisions
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make recommendations for improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data collection and analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to drive innovation and improvement within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role
• Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g. R, Python)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and understanding of key performance indicators
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
