Key Responsibilities:

Conducting extensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
Assisting in the preparation of pitch materials and presentations for client meetings
Collaborating with senior bankers to develop and execute strategic plans for clients
Building financial models and performing valuation analyses
Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Managing and coordinating with various internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of transactions
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
Assisting in the negotiation of deal terms and preparing transaction documents
Attending client meetings and participating in conference calls and presentations
Contributing to the development of new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the firm

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
Understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial modeling software
Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain them within the first year of employment
