Position: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing materials
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and prioritize orders
• Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis
• Forklift certification is a plus
