Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
Identify and pursue new funding opportunities through research and networking.
Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events, including donor cultivation events, galas, and charity auctions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns.
Manage the donor database and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
Prepare and present reports on fundraising efforts and progress to the executive team and board of directors.
Develop and manage the annual fundraising budget.
Lead and motivate a team of fundraising professionals to achieve fundraising goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fundraising and donor relations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a non-profit organization.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
Strong network of contacts in the fundraising community.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management software.
