About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of education programs for our organization. You will work closely with our team of educators to ensure that our programs are of the highest quality and align with our organization's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with our organization's mission and vision.
• Collaborate with our team of educators to create engaging and effective curriculum for our programs.
• Coordinate all logistics for education programs, including scheduling, venue booking, and materials preparation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our education programs.
• Manage program budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary constraints.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Ensure that all programs are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Produce reports and presentations on program outcomes for stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an education setting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful education programs.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
