Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products according to established guidelines and procedures
Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from standards to the appropriate department for corrective action
Perform various tests and measurements to verify product specifications and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities and results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
Participate in the development and revision of quality control procedures and policies
Train and mentor other team members on quality control processes and standards
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques and equipment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Chemistry
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a related role
In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Quality Control certifications (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ) are a plus
