Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Conduct thorough reference and background checks on potential candidates
Provide timely updates and communication to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruitment resources to attract top talent
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and high-quality candidate pool

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to effectively source and attract top talent
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
