Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning needs and objectives
Design and develop training materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning resources
Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, graphics, and simulations, to enhance learning
Conduct needs analysis and evaluation to continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs
Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in learning and development to incorporate into training programs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to training materials
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure consistency and alignment with company-wide training initiatives
Assist with the implementation and rollout of new learning platforms and tools
Maintain accurate documentation and records of training materials
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate learning experiences for our employees and clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or learning and development
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of training materials and resources developed
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models, such as ADDIE or SAM
Experience with learning management systems and other learning technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
