Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's supply chain operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain, managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve communication
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any disruptions in the supply chain
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supply chain performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of international trade and logistics is a plus
