Salary: USD: $60,000 - $100,000 annually

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing educational curricula for various levels and subjects. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and effective learning materials that will shape the minds of our future generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to identify learning objectives and design relevant and engaging curricula.
• Develop and design instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to ensure the curriculum meets industry standards.
• Utilize various instructional methods and strategies to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Create interactive and multimedia learning resources to keep students engaged and motivated.
• Incorporate feedback from teachers and students to continuously improve and update the curriculum.
• Provide training and support to teachers on how to effectively use the curriculum materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for the curriculum.
• Manage and maintain curriculum documents and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Curriculum Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational institution.
• In-depth knowledge of curriculum development principles, theories, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of educational technology and its integration in the curriculum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
