Position: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program coordination. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our education programs. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our programs are meeting the needs of our students and achieving our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs in line with organizational objectives and goals
• Collaborate with team members to identify program requirements and develop program content
• Plan and manage program budgets, including monitoring expenses and seeking funding opportunities
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other key stakeholders
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
• Develop and maintain program schedules and calendars
• Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness using data and feedback from participants
• Develop and implement strategies for program improvement and growth
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an education or non-profit setting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of education trends and best practices
• Experience in budget management and grant writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Passion for education and a commitment to improving educational opportunities for all
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
