Key Responsibilities:

Train and mentor production staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to ensure that materials and supplies are available for production.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
Proven track record of managing and improving production processes and meeting production targets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
