Responsibilities:

Lead the design team in creating innovative and visually appealing fine art pieces

Develop and implement design strategies to meet client needs and objectives

Collaborate with clients, artists, and other team members to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs

Stay updated with current trends and techniques in fine art and incorporate them into designs

Mentor and guide junior designers to improve their skills and contribute to the team's success

Oversee the production process and ensure that all designs meet quality standards

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for the company

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their preferences and maintain customer satisfaction

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting and selling fine art pieces

Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve project goals within allocated resources

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field

Proven experience as a Lead Fine Art Designer or a similar role

Excellent knowledge of design principles, color theory, and composition techniques

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software

Strong portfolio showcasing experience in creating fine art designs

Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve desired results

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
