Job Overview: As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that production targets are met, while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet company objectives
• Monitor and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Oversee and coordinate the work of the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage inventory levels to ensure materials and supplies are available for production
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to understand customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, enforcing company policies and procedures
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology to continuously improve processes and increase productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
