Job Title: Medical Devices Product Manager

Position Overview: As a Medical Devices Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of a portfolio of medical devices. You will be the driving force behind the success of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and are in line with our company goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical devices market, excellent project management skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with company objectives and meet market demand
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and design teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
• Define product specifications, features, and pricing based on market research and competitive analysis
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and sales presentations
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging strategies
• Conduct product training for internal teams and external stakeholders, including sales representatives and healthcare professionals
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or modifications based on customer feedback and market trends
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness of products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical devices industry
• Strong understanding of the medical devices market, including regulations, trends, and competitive landscape
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing medical devices products
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
