Position Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of structural design and analysis for various projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other engineers to ensure that all structural designs meet safety and quality standards while also adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of structural design and analysis for various projects, including new construction, renovations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to develop project goals and requirements.
• Conduct thorough site investigations and assessments to determine the feasibility and safety of proposed structural designs.
• Utilize advanced software and technologies to create accurate and efficient structural designs.
• Develop detailed construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for structural projects.
• Review and approve structural drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.
• Conduct regular inspections and site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in structural engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Extensive knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
• Proficiency in using structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and RISA.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
