Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and career development.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee perks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.
Develop and maintain a positive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Partner with department heads to identify and address staffing needs and develop succession plans.
Monitor and report on HR key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
