Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot all technical equipment used in broadcast operations, including cameras, audio and video equipment, transmission systems, and satellite dishes.
Monitor and maintain the quality of on-air and recorded content, ensuring it meets industry standards.
Collaborate with other teams to plan and execute live broadcasts, including setting up and testing equipment, and providing technical support during the broadcast.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on broadcast equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest broadcast technology and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including equipment manuals and troubleshooting guides.
Train and mentor junior engineers and other team members on broadcast equipment and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Broadcast Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in broadcast engineering, preferably in a live broadcast environment.
In-depth knowledge of broadcast technology, including cameras, audio and video equipment, and transmission systems.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for broadcast operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
