Position: Network Security Engineer

Location: Grevenmacher, Luxembourg

Overview: InnovateTech Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Network Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network security measures, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network security solutions to protect our systems and data from potential threats and attacks
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address any potential risks or weaknesses in our network
• Monitor network traffic and security logs to proactively detect and respond to any security incidents
• Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures, ensuring they are in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures for new systems and technologies
• Provide technical support and guidance to other teams and departments on network security best practices and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats to continually improve our network security measures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a network security engineering role
• In-depth knowledge of network security protocols, such as IPsec, SSL, and TLS
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining network security solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
