Job Title: Director of Education

Position Overview: As the Director of Education, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the educational programs within our organization. This includes developing and implementing curriculum, managing a team of educators, and ensuring that all educational programs are meeting the needs and goals of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Manage and lead a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of all educational programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address educational needs and opportunities within the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all educational programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as schools, universities, and community organizations to enhance educational opportunities for our organization.
• Oversee the budget for all educational programs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education, and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and technologies into our programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for educational programs.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational organization.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
• Knowledge of current educational trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to promoting inclusivity within educational programs.
