Job Title: Instructional Design Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles and techniques, as well as a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences. This individual will play a key role in designing and developing innovative training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning solutions that are aligned with business objectives and target audience needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content, and identify learning objectives
• Develop instructional materials, including facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and multimedia elements
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies and technologies to create effective training programs
• Conduct needs analysis and evaluation of existing training programs, and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and technology tools
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality training programs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Lectora
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound understanding of learning management systems and other learning technologies
