Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media designs
Develop and design original artwork, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website banners
Create and edit videos and animations for social media and other digital platforms
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide valuable insights and suggestions for design concepts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into projects
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and messaging
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of print materials
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and effectively communicate the desired message or information
Continuously seek ways to improve and elevate the overall design quality and effectiveness of our materials

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Experience with video and animation software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle multiple projects with competing priorities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
