Position: ML Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ML Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable ML solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in machine learning and data science to develop and improve our existing ML models and algorithms.
• Develop new ML models and algorithms to solve business problems and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, define requirements, and develop solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines to support ML models and algorithms.
• Train and evaluate ML models and algorithms using various techniques such as cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and feature selection.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed ML models and algorithms to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and implement best practices to continuously improve our ML capabilities.
• Communicate and present complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ML Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong background in machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
