Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This role requires a strong sense of vigilance, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises and property to prevent theft, violence, or any other illegal activities
• Patrol designated areas on foot or in a vehicle to ensure the security of the premises
• Monitor security cameras and respond to alarms or emergency situations
• Conduct security checks and searches of individuals, vehicles, and bags entering or leaving the premises
• Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond to and report any incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities
• Assist with emergency evacuations and provide first aid in case of medical emergencies
• Create detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches
• Collaborate with local law enforcement in case of criminal activities or investigations
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military
• Must possess a valid security license and any other required certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure and professionalism
• Strong observation and surveillance skills
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Proficient in using security equipment and systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
